Standard changed clean room reporting requirements. Now reports must be:
- Per cubic meter
- At least one cubic meter sampling per room
- Changed > 5 micron reporting requirement
EU GMP Annex 1 also defined different stages of measurement such as “at rest” and “in operation.” The term “continuous” was not defined, but is commonly interpreted as approximately 10 minutes while “regular” is interpreted as during validation.
